    have voluntarily employed Dog Gone Fun! LLC (referred to as “Consultant”) to assist me in the training of my dog(s).
    I understand that the Consultant will work directly with me and my dog to impart contemporary animal behavior knowledge that best fits our needs, and that successful companion dog programs depend on a combination of learned skills on the part of the dog and owner.
    Need to practice:
    Behavior is not static; an animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Especially in cases involving any type of aggression, although behavior may be modified, the dog is never considered “cured”.
    A dog’s behavior is ultimately the owner’s responsibility. Consultant will make every reasonable effort to help us attain goals but makes no guarantees of performance on the part of client or dog as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultations.
    Dog Gone Fun! LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, to the extent that Dog Gone Fun! LLC is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Dog Gone Fun! LLC will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by Dog Gone Fun! LLC and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dog Gone Fun! LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.
